So will side streets off of 6th between 5th and 7th Streets. Both the I-35 northbound and southbound exit ramps for 6th Street will be closed. Halloween on 6th street is an Austin favorite, and starting at 5pm, the street will close between the I-35 Frontage Road and Brazos Street. Trinity between Cesar Chavez and 4th Street will be closed until midnight for Formula One. So will 2nd and 3rd Streets between Trinity and San Jacinto. Neches between 4th and 5th Streets will also be closed all day.
